My experience of Verve Festival Last Year
Last summer, I arrived at Verve Festival a little burnt out. If I’m being honest with you, my head was buzzing, my body ached from sitting at my desk all day, and I was juggling a million things. I had no idea how much I needed a proper pause: one that didn’t involve a screen, a schedule or another to-do list.
But something shifted that weekend at Verve festival…and I’ve not felt the same since!

I went to Verve Festival with my bestie and we tried blissed out breath works classes which left us humming with peace, disco yoga where made some new friends strutting our moves, and (our fave) 80s aerobics class which worked up a sweat. Talking of sweat, there was even a wood fired sauna there which was perfect for stretching out the tired muscles after a touch yoga session. That weekend gave me a much needed reset one that I didn’t even know I’d been craving!
This year, I’m going back. And if you’re feeling the pull to slow down, move your body, reconnect with nature, or just spend a weekend feeling truly alive, then you should come too.
Verve Festival is an escape from the hustle and bustle of the world. And the best bit by far is the range of classes you can try. If you are new to yoga, or meditation or wellness, then Verve Festival is for you. You can try out new teachers, classes and workshops that will allow you to open your mind, and improve your physical health too. It’s a great way to try some far out classes too, or do some mindful crafting or meet others who love yoga, and broaden your horizons.
From everyone we talked to at the festival, we discovered a joint feeling of joy to be hanging out in a space with other like minded people. It was a weekend to remember – and with tickets costing from £69 it is a worthy investment in yourself. Think of it as the ultimate self care!

The music line-up this year includes more intimate, acoustic sessions, fireside performances and uplifting Saturday night music set keep the good vibes going long after sunset.
